Decades ago, the constant threat to any financial institution was the potential for a robbery. But today, violence can find its way into the workplace in many other ways. From agitated members to disgruntled employees and even domestic situations, there is more potential to encounter violence at work than ever before. But no one needs to live in fear!
Join us to meet Steve Lewis, a career law enforcement professional and one of the three founders of Tier One Tactical Solutions of St. Louis. Steve provides high-level security and training to financial institutions, hospitals, schools, and other businesses.
Steve will share the highlights of an on-site corporate security program for this Chapter event. All attendees will learn how to prepare and respond to a potential threat of violence in the workplace. This information can also include daily activities such as a trip to the shopping mall, theater, place of worship, and other areas where you may be confronted with the need to respond to a threat of violence. Steve is an experienced presenter who will weave humor and facts into a scary topic and leave the attendees with a feeling of calm yet confident ability to respond if confronted with active aggression.
